Mosaic Rush is a browser-based game that stores only the following data locally on your device using your browser's localStorage:

• Your best score
• Current stage progress
• Total gems collected

This data never leaves your device. We do not have servers that receive or store any personal information.

2. No Personal Data Collected

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any identifying information
• IP addresses or location data
• Device identifiers or cookies
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking

3. Third-Party Services

Mosaic Rush loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google may log your IP address per their own Privacy Policy. We do not control this and receive no data from it.

We do not use advertising networks, analytics services, or any other third-party tracking.

4. Children's Privacy

Mosaic Rush is rated for everyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no personal data at all, Mosaic Rush is safe for all ages.

5. Data Deletion

To delete your local game data, clear your browser's localStorage for this site (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data, or equivalent). This will reset your scores and progress.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
